All USA & Canadian shipments will either ship via USPS or UPS. Shipments within the USA are typically received within 2-4 business days once the order has been marked shipped. Once shipment information has been received, a tracking number will be issued to the email address used when placing the order. International shipments will ship USPS or UPS. International shipments typically arrive 4-7 business days from the time of shipment, depending on the destination. Once shipment information is received, a tracking number will be emailed to the email used when placing the order. Please note that your order may ship and/or arrive in multiple shipments. Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not offer expedited shipping on our website. However, if you would like to add an expedited shipping method to your order, please Contact Us.
Due to the customized and personalized nature of our items, processing times may vary from item to item. For monogram decals, processing times are usually between 2-3 business days. For customized jewelry, home goods, and accessories, processing times may be between 1-3 weeks. We take pride in providing our customers with excellent turnaround times.
Due to the customized and personal nature of our items, returns and/or exchanges may not be possible. Personalized products cannot be refunded or exchanged. However, we are happy to refund or exchange non-personalized items. If you believe your item(s) are defective, please Contact Us.
Any modifications to your order should be done immediately. Once production has been started on your items, modifications may not be accepted. Please Contact Us within 12 hours of placing your order to ensure modification requests.
If you would like to cancel your order, please Contact Us immediately. Once production has begun on your order, cancellations are not possible!
Our monograms are sent as envelopes though the USPS, therefore, we are not able to provide tracking numbers for any monogram shipments. We are not responsible for monograms that get lost in the mail, are stolen, or have delayed delivery. If you have not received your monogram in reasonable time after you’ve received a shipping notification from us, please contact the United States Postal Service, and follow the instruction below.

3. Choose “unknown tracking number”.
4. Choose “envelope” as the type of mail piece.
5. Choose “standard post” when asked the class of mail.
6. Choose “Business” when asked where the item was mailed from.
